Careers
We are hiring one tax accountant with two or more years of experience, paid VND 14 to 18 million a month. Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, at our office in Tân Định ward.
Since household businesses moved to self-declaration in 2026, more of them have asked us to file for them than five people can handle well. We need one more person, and we would rather hire slowly and get it right.
This role works mainly in Vietnamese with Vietnamese clients, so fluent Vietnamese is required.
The role: tax accountant
What you will do
- Look after a fixed group of about 25 to 30 household businesses and small companies, working alongside Lê Thu Trang and Trần Minh Quân.
- Keep revenue and cost books; prepare and file monthly and quarterly VAT and PIT returns.
- Track each household’s revenue against the thresholds and tell them before their obligations change.
- Send deadline reminders and answer client questions on Zalo during working hours.
- After six months, take on provisional CIT and year-end work for a few companies, with Phạm Đức Tài alongside you.
What we are looking for
- At least two years in tax accounting, at a service firm or in-house.
- You have filed returns yourself on the e-tax portal and know how to look up invoices in the system.
- You can read a decree or circular and explain it to a shop owner in plain words.
- You write things down. Every piece of client work leaves a trail someone else can follow.
- Reading English is a plus, not a requirement.
Pay and hours
- VND 14,000,000 to 18,000,000 a month before PIT and social insurance, depending on experience. Reviewed every July.
- A 13th-month salary. Social insurance paid on your actual salary.
- 14 days of annual leave, plus public holidays.
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with an hour for lunch. No Saturdays.
- No taking work home the night before a deadline. If the team has to stay late, that is our planning failure, and we fix the plan.
How we review work
Every return you prepare is checked by someone else before it is filed, and you check other people’s returns too. It is not about catching people out. It is so nobody carries a number alone.
On Monday mornings the team meets for 30 minutes to go through the week’s deadlines. At the end of each quarter Nguyễn Thị Hạnh spends an hour with each person: what went wrong this quarter, which clients are hard, what you want to learn next. Mistakes go into a shared log describing how they happened and how to avoid them, without names.
The first three months are probation on full pay. For the first month you work on Trang’s clients with her before taking your own.
How to apply
Email xinchao@sosachsang.demo with the subject “Tax accountant application” and include:
- A CV of one or two pages.
- A short paragraph about a mistake you made on a tax return and how you fixed it.
We reply to every email within five working days. The next step is a 90-minute exercise at the office on a made-up household business file, paid at VND 300,000 for your time. After that you meet Hạnh and the person you will work with.
We do not ask for a photo or your marital status.
