# Sổ Sách Sáng prices (2026)

> Fixed prices, excluding 8% VAT. No extra fees within package limits, no fee to hand back your records.

| Bookkeeping and financial statements | 3,000,000 VND per month | Monthly books, VAT and PIT returns, provisional CIT, year-end finalisation and statements, up to 80 documents a month, under 20 staff |
| Company setup | from 5,000,000 VND one-off | Registration file, company seal, first-year digital signature, e-invoice registration, initial tax registration, first three months of books |
| Catch-up bookkeeping | from 4,000,000 VND per fiscal year | Rebuilding one fiscal year of books, reconciled to filed returns |
| 30-minute consultation | Free | 30 minutes with an accountant by phone, Zalo or at the office |

## Surcharges (agreed before charging)

- Documents above the package limit: 400,000 VND per 20 documents.
- Payroll, insurance and PIT from 6 staff: 60,000 VND per person per month.
- Monthly report in English: 500,000 VND per month.

## Not included

- Audits (we refer you to an independent audit firm).
- Investment registration certificates for foreign investors.
- State fees where they apply, bank fees.
