No. Prices are fixed per month and exclude 8 percent VAT. The e-invoice is issued on the first day of each month. ### Are there extra fees? No, within the package limits: 80 documents a month for bookkeeping. Above that we tell you first and agree before charging. ### What happens to my records if I leave? Within five working days we hand over every ledger, return, e-tax password and digital signature. There is no handover fee. ### Who pays a late penalty caused by your office? We do. It is in the contract: penalties and late-payment interest caused by our mistake are paid by us. ### How soon will you call back? Within one working day, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.
